Are there anyway to cange those settings on my car without going to the dealer?.. Or will the dealer do it for free? I have a 99 GS300

I just bought a 99 GS300 from e-bay.. well the radio display dosent display properly.. I tried taking it apart (its been taken apart before i found this out after takeing it out screws are missing and some were stripped) anyway i either need a stock radio or aftermarket but i dont want to lose bein able to use my stock cd-changer does anyone know where i can get a used headunit or an adaptor so i can hookup the stock cd changer to an aftermarket..
