I have this problem with my altezza in that it starts when it's cold and then as it warms up and reaches normal temperature it shuts itself down in that I lose power to the point that I can't drive it, but when it cools down again, it starts. I had one or two people look at it and they think it's the security system but is the the security system on an completely stock 99 altezza rs-200 that hi-tech? And this all started when the key (transponder in it) broke and I tried to start the car with the key without the transponder in it. I got the key repaired but did I damage the ecu or something?
