Hello scynthia, You want to change the ig switch. You can do so by a relaible locksmith for cars, or ou can leave the keway empty and just about any old key will start it, Not really necessary to change the switch, depensa on the model.

I boughta well kept Lexus Aristo (99 from my friend only to realise that the key was adud, The cylinder was cleand out, It worked butI soon chaged that by putting the old switch from my other car in.
