    Dave Not sure who the queston is too,but will have ago at answer (mine is the tread above)Yes bank 2 sensor1 is by the Rad fairly easy to get at,if you warm car up a bit the sensor will undo easy enough,(a little easy oil will help) also if the plug is hard to release use a small termal srewe driver to lift catch,while pressing down lever to release .Did mine one morning when it had been a cold frosty night and plastic plug was stiff and brittle Use only the anti-sieve paste that comes with the new sensor,they dont like copper slip or silicon base products Hope this helps Stuart

    Thanks MDJ8 I followed mdj8 in his advice on the cross referencing of this part after also getting the VSC and check engine lights on, code p1155 being my problem also bought from sparkplugs.co.uk ,Installed on friday done about 100 miles so far petrol (LPG) now about 24 mpg driving steady in mixed town and carriagway Thanks again very much Stuart Lexus RX 300 2001yr 1004 thou miles

    hi the back of the passenger seat on my car(RX3002001yr) comes off very easy Just get your fingers down the top of it and pull,works for me stuart

    Hi I have one of the two a/f sensor gone.Pre cat upstream anyone have one to sell cheap about £120 on ebay just thought its a worth a try Stuart

    And the problem was Vacume pipe off (two pipes just under back where the throttle is) Ps if you want to find out about MIL lights on dash use a OBD11 scanner works well £30 on ebay

    hi Run a 2001 rx300,104 thou,on lpg. Had a problem when cold start as you knowon petrol,starts ok but power is poor until warms up switches to LPG then all good. I tied a few things messing with a/f sensors ( cause of mil on dash)butnot a real engine power problem . Stripped and cleaned petol pump blue out all petol lines (had to take pump out of tank now ok, Not sure if you have problem on LPG as well but if just petrol this work above might help Stuart stuart.law60yahoo.com

    Hi About my Lexus rx300 ,2001 yr,had engine mangerment lights on most of the 2 + years i have owned it,had the o2 air fuel sensor changed, bank 2 senor 1(the easy to get at) one changed 2 years ago then the other one stated to play up.Told it was lazy it cleared one day and stayed on another . About this time i had a LPG conversion done,and it has had a light on since,trying to sort out now,I bought and fitted a copy make (not DENSO)o2 sensor and fitted it .Light stayed on ,tied spacers on both o2 sensors and now having FLASHING engine man light on tick over . Any thoughts welcome Thanks Stuart
