I've checked all the small ones in the passengers side, drivers side and engine bay and they are all good, the bigger ones I havnt checked because I don't know how to tell if they are good or not..

Hi guys I'm just new on here and hoping I can get sone help.. My is200 battery died completely after not using it for a while and when I put a new one in the alarm started going off so I put the key in the ignition and turned the car on to make it stop, (which it did) I found that my fuel is always flashing empty even if it's full, my central locking doesn't work, my internal light doesn't turn on and off automatically when I open and close the doors and I also can't put any of the passenger windows up or down from the drivers door.. :/ If anyone could please help or has any idea what it is and could let me know it would be deeply appreciated, thanks heaps in advance.
