BlackBerry with an original charger

Both connections "-" and "+" at socket base are solid and when tested inside the socket with lighter removed (red testers wire to bottom of socket and black to side of the socket) shows that power is on. I just removed a washer from fuse link (for no reason as power is coming to socket) still no result... Maybe power is not powerfull enough??? Do not know what I just said, but maybe something to do with Amps???

Hi All, Could anyone advise please: Cigaret lighter fuse - OK Power is coming to cigaret lighter's fitting - measured 12V which is - OK Mobile charger and Satnav charger tested on other car - OK There is an indicator light on mobile phone charger and it lights up, but phone is not charging. And Satnav when connecting switches on, but stops charging straight away in a split second. Took all cigater lighter fitting apart, cleaned in WD40, fitted it back,checked all contacts, checked with tester - 12V OK, but still not charging. Is it worth buing new lighter, or just pay a visit to mental hospital? Thanks Egis
