I checked both the radiator and the expansion tank. There was coolant in it but may have diluted it a bit. Coz when the light first came on I was on the motorway and had a bottle of water so I topped it off but didnt put much in the expansion tank before it was full. Would it make a difference?

I don't think its the scree.washer, I also checked it and it is fine. I wouldn't hev thought the Lexus has a screen washer warning light, does it?

I have a 2002 IS200 Auto. Recently the water warning light has been coming on and off. What it does is, Shawn I am going at constant speed it comes on but if you brake or accelerate hard it will turn off for a while then come back on again. If I am travelling on curvy roads it may not even cone on as I will be braking and accelerating but once on the highway after a while at constant speed it comes on. Water level and its not overheating or leaking. Please help on what it may be
