When I collected my Lexus from Lexus Norwich, after a 60k service I nearly fell off my chair at the £550 charge. My fault, I should have asked first, but the dealership should disclose too. Instead, when I shared my frustration with the Dealer Principle, I was told "should've asked shouldn't you"!!! Needless to say, I'll be going to Kwikfit from now on. I'd recommend to all, shop around, so you don't get ripped off.
