I understand that the screen on my SC 430 can display terestial tv if it were a Japanese model soarer. I have the screen with the antena built in it. Is there some kind of software thatI can buy to make the system work here. Please help if any one has any info? Thanks for all your help.

I want to buy a 97 year manufactured celsior ucf 21. It has the screen and some form of sat nav built in. I understand it does not work here in england. Does anyone know what I need to do to make it work, for example if I just need to buy a new disc or does the electronics need replacing? Is an import worth buying? Thanks everyone for your help.
