Hi all, I bought my Is200 about 8 months ago, and I love it even more than the first day. I would keep this car as long as I can, but I have some doubts. I know very well the undisputed Toyota quality and reliability, this made me buy a 12 years old car with more than 100k km. I treat with much care, but often I like to shift at higher revs (like 4 or 5k), and sometimes I take fast corners. I was wondering (passenger's risks apart), if it could damage the transmission, or something else. Somebody said that it will ruin he car, because all the mechanical parts are stressed. Other said that it does nothing harmful, because it was built to resist until the rev limiter. I check the water level regularly, and let the car in Toyota's technicians hands for normal mainteinance (like replacing the timing belt). How long it could last if I continue this way, without having serious and expensive problems? Thank you

Hi guys, I am going to replace the rear tyres and after a long research I came across these models: Nokian Z G2 Toyo Proxes T1-R Falken FK452 Since I don't want to change tyres frequently (every 2 seasons), I need a good summer tyre that offers nice grip also on wet, and safe enough during the winter (no snow or ice, just cold temps like about -1°/+5°C and wet roads, obviously driving even more carefully). I don't drive dangerously, but I like to take fast corners every now and then, so I would be sure it will be safe and fun all 12 months. The tyres above are in the range of 100€/140€, and have good feedback so I choosen them as a start point. Please help me with any advice or suggestion (if there are other valid products, I am ready to know). Thanks EDIT: wrong section (please move it) Sorry

Hi, I've just found for 20€ on ebay this (strange) new item: http://cgi.ebay.it/Turbo-Supercharger-Lexus-IS-200-RX-300-RX-IS-200-GS-300-/150625723688?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2311fe2528 It looks nice and promises great improvements, but I am not sure it's something reliable. Anyone knows what is that? If it is true, it would be an amazing alternative for those who cannot spend too much for some expensive stuff. Thanks
