  1. i wouldnt say that was lexus' fault. to me that is more the people who have mechanicals and sprayers who have fixed it for you and tbh i dont see alot wrong yeah the cooling pipe burst that a given but the other stuff? i wouldnt even complain about tbh the chip cant be sorted yet as it must be new paint or something if he said wait to you and the dirty trim should be corrected by whoever made the mess this isnt lexus' fault

I partially agree with you. I think Lexus is (1) the vehicule and (2) the customer support. From November 2010 my vehicle has been in the workshop for 2 months. My dealer is the contact point for Lexus and, as the manager told me, they and all Lexus staff are one.

I think the car is awesome, but where is the warranty if there're problems? There are some points I've not included in my page, like the fuel consumption: over 12L/100Km (far from the official spec).

Anyway, thank you for your opinion ;)

  2. I've suffered a lot of problems with my Lexus IS 220d since I bought it, 3 years ago. I've contacted Lexus Spain with no success (no reply), so I've decided to expose my situation here, in the www. I've created a site where I've posted all of the information: http://www.mylexusexperience.info/index-en.php

Please note that I don't want to dismiss Lexus, but I thnik my vehicle is far from the Lexus quality standards. I've contacted with my Lexus dealer with no success, Lexus Spain with no success and I don't know what can I do :(

Sorry for my poor english, I do my best.

    Thank you.
