Did you get a new disc from Lexus or from the manufacturer? Sorry for the delay but I've only just logged back on. I bought mine from here: http://www.lexus-mapupdates.eu/ You get 3 DVDs that cover the world (but you only have one in at any time of course, and I'm not planning to drive the car across the Atlantic!). The total cost was 159 Euro's.

I updated mine and had the same problem until I sussed out that you have to slide the switch across first before pushing it, then the existing DVD simply ejects. Good luck.
