    Has anyone had a problem with oil loss caused by this oil cooler hose failing on an RX350? I have had major oil loss and consequent engine damage which Lexus are refusing to pay for despite it being an open service campaign/recall.

    I have had a major oil leak and as a result some engine damage on my Rx350. I am told that Lexus sent out recorded delivery letters to all owners in 2009 telling them about a recall on the oil cooler hose. Did anyone get one of these please? (I did not!)
