  1. Thanks for the info guys. I have narrowed it down to two tyres. First is the Falken ZE 912 or I go for the Continental Sport Conatct 2. What do you guys think?
  2. Hi, I am driving a Lexus IS220D and find the current tyres are very bad in the rain (similar to driving on ice!). Could anybody recommend a tyre with good wet grip? I do mainly motorway mileage and do high mileage every month. The current tyres are budget ones which were already on when I collected the vehicle form the dealership. Thanks.
  3. I noticed a rattle sound from my subwoofer last night and wondered if anyone else has experienced this? I will remove the cover tomorrow but am guessing the thing needs replacing, do any of you have any idea as to how much Lexus charge for a replacement subwoofer? Cheers.
  4. Hi Guys, I have viewed the forum for a while and see that you guys are able to help with just about anything (hopefully this carries on after my question!). I do mainly motorway mileage and recently had a random stone bounce off the hood of my engine. It hasn't caused a dent or small chip BUT has caused the top layer of paint to be flaked. I got a quote from Lexus for a repair, which came to £480. This was due to the fact they would spray the side wings too, to keep the paint blended. I then went to a local garage, and the mechanic quoted me £130 for a spot spray. Being that I am keeping the car for a max of 2 years, before returning it to Lexus, he said it was a better option as not only is it cheaper but he could blend the new spray into the current shade. Do any of you have any experience with spot spray jobs and if so, do I go for it? Thanks in advance!
