thanks lads eventually didnt buy it was a black 07 is220d sport with 78k mls, did some research this morning, it had been advertised with a full lexus history but when i rang the dealer it was only serviced up till 45k mls, so in light of the fact it had no previous engine work carried out i figured it was due an engine rebuild which i would have to cover because of the lack of history so sadly i had to leave it behind me maybe im crazy ::))

hi guys im just about to take the plunge and purchase a 2007 is220d sport with 80k mls on the clock car loks in pretty good order and has loads of spec however im wondering what if any faults or failures or problems i should look out for before i take the plunge it was first registered in march 2007 so i presume build date was in late 2006 any help would be greatly appreciated tks p
