The brakes have Anti-squeal shims, when I had my brakes done the mechanic left the shims off one wheel and I had same problem.

I have lexus repair manual for lexus ls400 from dec '89 Vol 1. If you want me to scan a section you need ill email to you. I need info on Power steering pump which is in Vol 2 if anyone can help, I need to know how to dismantle to send it off. Cheers.
