Is the coil pack near the throttle body? Could it be that one of the ht leads are loose/broken causing an arc around that area (extreme heat)? Could be the reason for extreme heat without the engine overheating? Also as you've got a ticking noise near the throttle body, that could be where the leads arcing?

Hi everyone I've recently bought a mint is200. Everything's perfect except 2 things and could do with some advice please? My sat nav knob is missing but can't seem to track one anywhere still able to use it) and I can't seem to get the cruise control to work. Is this a common fault with an easy repair? Many thanks
