Lowest i've ever been in weight so far 73.4kg!!! Noice!! And I've been eating take away food all week! Today I'm having Birds egg custard tarts a "dohnut!" And before that chicken n mushroom pie with chips and a slice of chicken Tonka pizza with pineapples mmmmm!! In yo face salad dietary people's!!! Salad ain't gna do anything ya must count dem calories!!! Mmmmyyyeeeeaaaassss!!!

So I got quite lazy with my calorie count last weekend and during a bit of the week. In the last 3 days I started counting properly and lost 0.6kg Best way to balance the day for me is light breakfast in the morning with a coffee or some juice. NOT FROM CONCENTRATE!!! And then can go heavy on lunch, dinner bit less than lunch in the calories or medium lunch heavy dinner any way round really. Night time can have a snack or two and there ya go!

So I've just had a 6 inch steak n cheese sub and its like I've deprived myself of food.... I'm still starving!!!!! Noooooo!!!!!
