Salad ain't gna do anything ya must count dem calories!!! Mmmmyyyeeeeaaaassss!!!

So I got quite lazy with my calorie count last weekend and during a bit of the week. In the last 3 days I started counting properly and lost 0.6kg Best way to balance the day for me is light breakfast in the morning with a coffee or some juice. NOT FROM CONCENTRATE!!! And then can go heavy on lunch, dinner bit less than lunch in the calories or medium lunch heavy dinner any way round really. Night time can have a snack or two and there ya go!

So I've just had a 6 inch steak n cheese sub and its like I've deprived myself of food.... I'm still starving!!!!! Noooooo!!!!!

Ok so kit Kat 4.4 on HTC one has improved mostly under the hood. Although the performance improvement has come at the price of quickly draining the battery. Had to charge the phone again in the evening. Will test it under the energy saving setting.

So issues with KIT KAT android 4.4 with HTC one battery heats up like mad when charging and on Skype. Battery charge is ***** doesn't last long at all anymore. Still need to read release notes to find out what the hell it's also fone to my phone. Oh and HTC have pulled the update from happening because of some issues they need to 'IRON OUT' that's official.
