  1. Sorry if there's already a post on this but I got through 10 pages of searching and gave up. My IS220 makes a terrible squealing sound when I brake. I think it's only the front offside but I can't tell for sure. It's so loud and annoying (and embarrassing) that I can't drive with the window down. Last week it went into a Lexus dealer for its MOT and service which I assumed would sort it out. They replaced a caliper that was ceasing up and it had new pads and discs last year, but it's still doing it. It happens regardless of speed, although it may be slightly less loud when braking at lower speed. Any ideas what it might be or how to solve it? Thanks in advance
  2. I went with a Belkin Auto Aircast. Has a 3.5mm jack into the aux and bluetooth. It plays the music on my iPhone, works as a hands free set for calls and the audio on my Sat Nav app also comes through the car speakers. A decent bit of kit for £50.
  3. Thanks guys. I shall consider my options.
  4. Hello all I have recently (3 weeks ago) bought my first Lexus so you'll have to excuse my ignorance. It's a 2007 IS220D and doesn't have the touch screen sat nav or any of that other fancy business. I want to be able to play music through my iPhone (4s if that makes a difference) rather than deal with all the hassle of CDs but I also want to be able to control it using the steering wheel. I've spent hours online trying to find out if it's possible and, if so, how to do it but all I can find is info on IS250s with the touchscreen. If anyone has done it, or knows how to do it, and can let me in on the big secret that would be just aces! Also, is it possible to get the touch screen fitted? Thanks very much Pete
