  1. Thanks for the welcome. Cheers, will try that again see if it helps. As to getting rid of the scooby, it was full of problems. Needed a new near side rear wheel bearing, new rear diff, front discs and the head gaskets had gone, it was drinking more coolant than it was petrol lol but wasn't leaking onto the floor. Done a straight swap for the lex.
  2. Hi everybody. Im a new member on here, my names Colin, Im 30 and come from the Colchester, Essex area. Ive just recently purchased my IS200 and got a good deal on it along with 6 months warranty, however the only thing they wouldnt cover in the warranty is the satnav as they couldnt get it to work at all. Ive had a bit of a fiddle with it, the screen, remote etc all works and I thought it'd be a simple case of needing the disc to operate it. After reading through the owners manual and finding out where it should be located I had a look and to my surprise there was already a disc in there however all I get on the screen is 'open drawer, check CD-ROM' Anybody any idea what could be the propblem and how to rectify it?? Car is a 2000 'V' IS200 SE. Its so much more comfortable than my last car. Its smoother to drive, quieter (so much so I cant hear it running when inside, and miles better on fuel, and full of gadgets which I like. My last car was a Subaru Impreza Turbo. Thanks in advance.
