I have problem with my IS250 ecu code is P0158 what is lambda sensor S2 bank 2 voltage to high. As I know IS250 have 4 lambda sensors. I replaced lambda sensor and still have this same error. After driving few miles lights (vsc + traction+ engine) goes on. I have different readings from sensors after cat. Bank 2 S 2 is always about 0,810V when s1 bank 2 is 0,015V. Readings change when I pressing accelerate pedal but all two sensors have this same readings when driving down the hill or on gear but I can't accelerate. On neutral gear readings different as well. No different on driving and power after lights goes on. Any one had this issue with your Lexus??
