I do about 25,000 miles per year

I thought the 250 would be heavy on petrol. What would you say is the most economical. I do a lot of motorway miles

here is 2 links to IS200d on Autotrader. Opinions and advice on which one would be best to go for please. I know one is higher mileage but it is newer and it has the posh sound system etc. the other is older less mileage but has had engine work done which i believe is an issue with these. Been looking at around 08 plate. Most on Autotrader and ebay tend to be over 100k on the clock. Is this something to think about with these motors?

Hello everyone, Im new here and new to Lexus although I have always like them. Anyway i am eager to go out and spend £6,000 on a Lexus IS220D. I was just wondering if anyone can offer any advice in the models, economy, pros and cons etc etc. I really do want a Lexus and I do a lot of motorway miles regular. My other Option is the Volvo S40 but to be honest you dont get half as much. I like as many gadgets as possible. Anyway any help, guidance or advice would be great. Thanks in advance Gary (a very excited soon to be Lexus owner)
