what mileage should the cam belt be changed on an is200 2004 year and is it safe engine if it breaks.thank you.

when i reverse out in the morning i get a squealing noise from the rear nearside wheel if i park it in reverse no handbrake no noise.it seems to be the handbrake cable needs adjusting how do i do it.any suggestions.thanks in advance.
