Agree with earlier post Dunlop sports max rt made a massive improvement to mine both in terms of noise and ride.

After suffering nearly three years of a harsh ride and road noise and then a Yokohama tyre suffering a blow out after only 23000 miles, I now have replaced all 4 tyres with Dunlop sport max rt and boy what a difference. Much much quiter - 67db down from 72 db and an improved ride. Cost £450 for 4 and cheaper than perhaps considering replacement 16 inch alloys which I nearly did.
