I just recently purchased a 2001 Lexus ls 430 and have had the same problem. About two months ago the car did not start. Battery totally drained. Had the dealership tow the car and they kept it for 4 days. They said they could not find anything wrong with it. Three weeks later (today) same thing happened. Battery totally dead.
With respect to some of the other replies, I have a 1995 s class benz and have left interior lights on and other things on all night and the car started fine the next day. Also, I have not driven it for three weeks and the car started fine. There is something wrong with some of the ls 430 models. If anyone knows, please let us know.
