Hi Mike, Very late reply, sorry, I just joined this forum today. My car exhibits the same problems but it's very occassional and seemed to happen only when the engine was cold and the light would go out by just turning the ignition off and on again (re-starting the car). Has happened to me about 5 times. Any known cure? kieron

Hi I'm a newbe to forums in general so I apologise now for any offence I cause (though this forum seems tame enough!). I don't know if this forum is able help me but here goes:- (the Oz one seems pretty inactive) I'm importing a windom/ES 300 ('98 model) to Brisbane and want to know who to insure the car with. I've used Shannons in the past but I'm wondering if there's a better offer. The car has navi (GPS), can it be used in Oz? Also I wish to replace the timber panel surrounding the shifter. Where can I get parts for a es300 in Oz? Finally I'm wondering if I should leave the emblems as a Toyota Windom or change them to the Lexus emblems (have bought them already). I noticed there seems interest in having something unique. I've had the windom for the compulsary year (for personal imports to Oz). The only problem I had was the Traction Control button sometimes coming on while driving (about 5 times in total). Once I turn off the ignition it goes out and doesn't appear again. It seems to appear only when the car is cold and hasn't been used for a few weeks. I noticed another uk owner (i think) had the same problem. Any cures for it? Seems more of an annoyance than a problem. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. :winky: Kieron
