  1. Fixed it but not from the book. Switched it on to standby and left it until it reconnected, mine took around 45 seconds. Worked fine since.
  2. A couple of days ago my contoller stopped working. The blue light on the panel still flashes when buttons are pressed but nothing happens on the unit. I presume it has lost its connection but before I book it in with Lexus is there any button combination I should know about to resync the controller with the unit? Dave
  3. New model has just been released so excellent deals on the previous model. I bought mine through a Franchised dealer in November at 10 month old with 10k miles for over £7,500 less than a new one and with 3.9% Apr PCP too. Can't go wrong really and they're now doing the PCP's at 1.9% on used CT's too.
  4. My live services randomly came back to life after a few days.
  5. Hi, As above I have the CT200H advance. It has just turned a year old and mysteriously my live services have stopped working at the same time. I guess new cars came with 1 year subscription? I thought it was a loosely useful feature from my limited exposure over my 2 months of ownershp but the renewal on TomTom's site is £55 for the year (though a code will drop this to £47). And I'd doubt I would be getting value for money at that price. Are there any other options for this. I'm aware for example that other TomTom live devices have a six month option that are frequently discounted on Amazon etc. Does anyone know what the options are for this please? Cheers Dave
  6. 55 - 58 mpg when I bought it in November 2013 (10 month old, 10k miles, ex. Lexus HQ car) and it has only dropped to 53 mpg in the current cold weather all with the aircon set to auto. You do need to adjust your driving style though to get the best out of the hybrid system. I usually lose MPG on the open A road section of most journeys but catch it back up on the slower sections and in traffic.
  7. Arctic Pearl is great and yes the Advance colour choice is limited (two blacks, silver, dark metallic grey and pearl white from memory). Reversing camera in the rear view mirror is great and useful as the CT200H is much bigger than the Abarth 500 that I had before it. My servicing pack is also for two majors and a minor as the car had just had the first service done. The maintenance schedule is pretty straight forward and I would normally have left it to my usual garage. But I feel I would have struggled come trade in time as Lexus Servicing is essential for them to resell the car as approved used.
  8. Hi all, I took delivery of a 10 month old Artic Pearl CT200H advance 30 November 2013. Car was sourced through Newcastle Lexus and they were fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase. Very impressed so far and have average 55.4MPG over the 1,000 mile or so I've had the car. I don't doubt that the published figures are achievable either as I've seen 68.1 over the first 40 miles of one tankful of petrol but the winter cold starts are pushing that down a bit. I'm very pleased as anything over 50MPG combined with the fantastic 3.9% finance offer was going to mean that the car paid for itself compared to my previous car. The service plan is very inexpensive too, though in fairness the service schedule is rather basic anyway so it should be. But at around £25 a month for just over two years to cover the next three services I'm happy. The Advance model has a great specification and will be kept standard (other than my current change of my car icon to the Tardis :)). Oh and I've changed the low and high beams to upgraded bulbs (though I feel they're actually worse than the standard Osrams so I'll swap them back at some point!). Thinking about it the dealership had also added aftermarket rear sensors as the early Advanced only had the camera (they're not the best but they cost me nothing and they work). After 20 odd years of performance car ownership this first month has been something of a revelalation. I'm impressed with the car and the brand / dealerships. Early days but can see my futuring motoring continuing to be Lexus Hybrid based (especially given the recent release of the gorgeous IS300H saloon!). Cheers Dave
