Thanks guys. I picked the diesel as I regularly do 500+ mile runs to Yorkshire (twice a month at the mo) so needed something which would give me the economy on those runs. It's direct from Lexus main dealer, so I hope the warranty would be worth it! Mark

Hi everyone, Been looking for a good quality used car for a few months; went to Mercedes/BMW/Audi etc but the service at the first two was shocking so decided to hop over to my local Lexus dealership - last week I placed a deposit on a diesel IS220, on approval of my other half (but she's good to me!). I've read this forum and found it a wealth of information regarding the marque; I've used it to question the dealer regarding warranty information, potential problems with the car and all kinds of other details - so I'd like to thank you all for your input. We're heading for another test drive on Monday, but all being well we'll receive it within a couple of weeks! Just thought I'd say hi! Mark
