This should possibly go in the audio section but hopefully is ok here as may be specific to the 250C. Does anyone here have experience of upgrading the standard audio system on it? If so, how easy/expensive was it, and what were the results like? I'm considering one that doesn't have the Mark Levinson and everything on the car was great except the sound. Could potentially turn into a deal breaker because I'm into my music. But if it's just a case of replacing a few speakers and adding a sub to get results on a par with ML (and it turns out to be easy) then it might be ok.

I'm another newbie do thought id post here instead of starting a new thread (I know some forums can get funny about too much repetition). I'm also looking to buy an SC430. I saw one for the first time around 6 months ago and said to myself if I still love the idea of having one by now then I'm just going to do it. I'm not even really into cars but just love the look of the SC from a distance, and even more up close. I'm about to take my first test drive; are there any tips anyone can give me re: questions to ask (above and beyond the 'standard' qu's)? It's a 2007 model with 40k on the clock. Another thing I wanted to check was about music connectivity. So far my investigations tell me there's no AUX input in the 2007 models and no bluetooth either, am I right in thinking that? If so what do you music fans do to get around that. I've done the bluetooth radio transmitter thing before on other cars, and found the quality/consistency to be poor, perhaps you guys know of a decent one though. Cheers all.

Hi Martin, is the car still running well for you? I'm thinking about picking up a second hand one if these; I'm i retested in two aspects - firstly, what is space like in the back seats? Is it like some convertibles where there is pretty much zero leg space (eg the SC430 or Jaguar XK) or can you actually fit two adults in the back for reasonable distances? Secondly, what is it like to drive with the roof up, does it truly feel like a normal coupe car (ie you don't even notice it's a convertible)?
