13k is a huge drop... one thing iv noticed is that the newer model 250s above 2013 plate seem be dropping in price a bit. I saw one on Lexus Sheffield in white which im sure has just had 2k knocked off it. I might be wrong but seems they are coming down in value and being offered with great after sales packages. I wonder though what sort of finance Lexus would offer on someone looking to purchase an ISF... any ideas?

Yes iv been looking more and realised that one is priced bit higher then what its worth esp considering age. But have to admit cars still holding its value well...

Hi yes i was going to do that but cant seem to reach the owner so been looking for something else. I have someone coming to view my BMW so hoping once its sold i can purchase a lexus. Im looking to spend between 8-9k so for that kind of money what would you guys say i could buy? Im thinking of maybe buying from a lexus dealership but not sure if it is going to be worth paying the extra. Could you guys give me some advice?

Thanks. How much did your warranty cost if u dont mind me asking. Is there anything i should look out for when viewing? I have some information already about the calippers needing greasing, apart from that not come across anything else. Also what sort of MPG could i expect with this. I do 40miles per day and 20 of that is motor way and A roads. Any ideas?

I have a friend who is a mechanic and he has a snap on tool. We use that on my BMW and also some other BMW special software such as inap. Would the snap on tool pick all possible codes up?

Ok so i should purchase all the parts and let a local mechanic carry out the work right? Also what scanner is best to pick up all possible error codes stored on the car?

Hi thanks for the info. Im also leaning more towards the Grey one lol. With regards to service il make sure i check if its done but if not could you tell me how much the cost would be for a 60k service by dealer? I could use this to lower the price if not done. Also what scanning tool is best for Lexus?? The silver one is nice and probs easier to get as i can p/x my Bmw for that but iv only just put my bmw on autotrader so fingers crossed it gets sold quick :)

Ok thanks. I will keep that in mind. I have found two cars that look good. The silver one offers part exchange so hopefully this will allow me to replace my BMW and buy that with some money on top. The Grey one is also nice.. Please offer opinions and info that i should keep in mind when viewing these cars. Sorry what do you mean by start consuming oil?? How much would it consume and is that a bad thing?? Is it a sign of a major problem??

Hi everyone, once again thanks for all the info, iv been looking into these car's more and have started to like the 2010 upwards model as they have thd led lights inside the head light which look amazing. Im still trying to sell my bmw but in the mean time iv been searching for a lexus but find it hard to find one with xenons, leather, anc colour in black. Seems to be very few on auto trader with xenons. I was thinking of after market lights but iv seen poor reviews from them. So far I see very few issues with lexus which is great, if anyone can think of anything else please post comments on here. Thanksss

Thanks guys, iv looked at the guide and it seems simple enough. All i need now is a lexus and a drive way to do it lol which shouldnt be hard lol. Oh and need to sell my 320d saloon sport so il be working on that now but if theres any other things anyone can think of that i should check when buying ( i will of course contact lexus to get background info on the car) then please keep posting. Im making a list :D
