Good morning. I have a 2002 sc430 and have just discovered a very small area of corrosion starting on the roof. I believe this is a problem on early models and was wondering if anyone else has come across this too. I think the later models had a modification for this and wondered if I could apply this to mine. It is only sleight at the moment but want to get it sorted before it gets any worse. Thanks.

Hi. Sounds like the battery needs replacing in the key fob. Should be a CR2032 battery. Fit a new one of these and that should sort it.
