Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
I've got an IS200 93 plate and last week the engine management light came on. This turned out to be a misfire on both 1 & 2 cylinders, but this only happens when the engine is warmed up and I've done about 7 miles. A garage has looked at this and it doesn't stay on those cylinders, it randomly switches across all 6! They don't know what it can be but have ruled out a gasket failure. Has anyone out there had anything like this or have I bought a "Christine"? It runs really sweet until it gets hot.
Could it be coil packs overheating?
Any input would be most appreciated
Many thanks,
Paul
