I have a "57 plate RX350 all windows except drivers does not work, just like you have disconnected the battery can some one remind me of the correction procedure please

I have a "57 plate RX350, and the direction air flow only blows out the dash board air vents, pressing the buttons for the air to flow onto the window screen does not allow it to blow onto the window screen, same as the foot vent it still, only blows out of the dash, any clue as to which solenoid or even a fuse going please ????.
