Hello all is it normal for my is250 to rev quite high on start up I'm finding myself putting it straight into drive with foot on brake to stop it reving so hard it settles after a while but I'm concerned ?...

I would just like to introduce myself I'm Andy I've recently purchased an is 250 sr 2008 with 35000 miles directly from Lexus and what a car, I will post pictures soon looks mint all black with black alloys make a lot of difference from originals, anyway looking forward to using this forum.
