Dvd For Satnav Installation

I have bought a newer version DVD from Ebay. I know that it is installed at the RHS of the boot at the back, but am having difficulty freeing the DVD reading assembly (a silver box about 8" by 12") to enable the old DVD to be ejected and replaced with the new one. Please can anyone advise?? This is for a 2005 LS430.

I have an LS430, and I want to take out version 10, and replace with version 12. Can anyone advise how to do this, please?
