if you turn the car off and the windows are open, and you don't want to switch the car on again. Just hold the lock button on your key fob for 3-5 seconds and the windows should go up.

I am in the market for an old gs450h (£11,000 budget). The only worry I have is the Battery failing of which I have heard a few reports with cars around 9 years old (56 plate). Is this a common problem when the car gets to this age or is it just a few isolated cases?. I would hate to get one and have a huge bill after only a year or two. Any comments would be helpful. I'm new to the club and have been in the market for a 2008-9 gs 450h. I have test drove one and it felt very smooth.

My main concern is the amount of motorway miles I do (around 20,000) a year. Could anyone please let me know what your average mpg is doing between 70 -90 on a long motorway run?
