    if you turn the car off and the windows are open, and you don't want to switch the car on again. Just hold the lock button on your key fob for 3-5 seconds and the windows should go up.

    Hi guys need help!. Got a gs 450h 2008 model. Its started making a funny knocking sound (very quite but I know its not right). So, I decided to give it a good thrashing to see what happened, and when the car reached 80mph, the power cut out !!. So, I took my foot off the light speed pedal and put it back on and it was fine ?.

    I tried it again and it does it nearly every time. It feels like its trying to select a gear, but i know the car doesn't have conventional gears. It is fine if i go from 50 - 80 or 60 - 80 but when i go from under around 30, 35 and floor it, the car losses power at 80mph every time !? 

    It definitely feels like a transmission problem any help ?.

    Oh. and the cruise control feels a little 'unsure' or jumpy ?

    Please help, thanks.

    I am in the market for an old gs450h (£11,000 budget). The only worry I have is the battery failing of which I have heard a few reports with cars around 9 years old (56 plate). Is this a common problem when the car gets to this age or is it just a few isolated cases?. I would hate to get one and have a huge bill after only a year or two. Any comments would be helpful. Thanks all.

    Hi all, I'm new to the club and have been in the market for a 2008-9 gs 450h. I have test drove one and it felt very smooth. My main concern is the amount of motorway miles I do (around 20,000) a year. Could anyone please let me know what your average mpg is doing between 70 -90 on a long motorway run? Thanks all.
