Copying Destinations

Its from a 2007 SE-L to a premium navigation 2015 F-Sport. However, I don't think there was two levels of sat nav when I bought the original and I haven't found a usb port either. Thanks for the response though. -
Is there any way that I can copy my saved destinations from my existing vehicle (IS250) to my new vehicle (IS300h) when it arrives?
