Can I Raise Front Suspension On Is200 To Take 18" Wheels Tyers

No not been lowerd. The backs fit ok , but the fronts just touch when you turn the wheel full over. tyres are Falken ZE 914 245x45/R18 Wheels 8Jx18 x H2 Rial. tyres and wheels like new. If I was to put low profiles on what do you sujest. Thank you for help. -
I got some nice 18" wheels and tyres, they fit on the back ok ,but not the front they just touch, Any ideas please.
