Hi, New Lexus owner last couple of days. Enjoying it. Working my way through the 500 page, degree level, owners handbook and the 400 page, PhD level, Navigation Handbook. The latter tells me that I can enter a location by its telephone number but when I try numbers on the number pad seem to randomly "Grey Out" so that I can't get a full number in. Any ideas???
