What is exactly needed then? Engine, box, loom, custom mounts? Custom prop? Do you run a piggy back ecu just for the engine? Something im thinking of doing in the future its mainly the electrics that confuses me. I think i could quite easily get it in its getting it working thats the problem!

Oh the other thing is the centre bore you may need spigot rings which is a plastic ring that makes the centre of the wheel fit your hub size on the lex is 60.1 you would have to measure the wheel bore to get the other size.

The first lot of numbers are the stud pattern so it means 5 studs/holes the next number is the distance between the studs/holes toyota/lexus are 5 114.3 so the 5x115 may not fit. The et number is the offset which determines if the wheel sits further in or out the arch the standard wheels are et50 on a 7j wheel I run et30 on the front and et25 on the rear with 18x9.5j but iv rolled my arches so et45/et47 on a 7-7.5j will be fine may look a bit lost in the arch in my opinion but i like the wheel flush with body. Checked both batteries at work one was at 1v the other was 1.5v so ordered two more they were both reading over 3v and now the keys work perfectly =) thanks for your help John I wouldn't have thought it was new batteries that were dead especially that they were both from different shops! Thanks again. Joe

Cheers John I believe the batteries were from small shops and that would make perfect sense I'll check the batteries at work tomorrow an see how it goes cheers mate

Hi all im new here and thought id see if anyone has had this problem before. My 2000 plate IS200 key fob stopped unlocking i guessed it was the battery gone because for a while before hand it was getting slower to unlock and then red light finally went out. I changed the battery like for like and still nothing not even the red light was working i got a different brand battery still nothing i then got my spare key which was dying, tried the batteries in that one but still nothing is working can anyone help?
