I am on my third IS220d with the Media pack. I have just sold my 2006 with the Mark Levinson DVD/NAV/CD unit and the problem is as follows:
The multi c.d never worked in the car and so I brought a bench tested one off E.bay
The unit was fitted and now that is not loading and the Sat Nav has stopped working and the screen shows parallel white and black lines.
All other touch screen functions work and radio and rear camera etc.
The main battery has been changed for a new one as I thought it may be a reset issue and the battery was not 100% perfect. This has not sorted it.
I have now booked in with Lexus next week. I am still thinking I have missed an obvious reset procedure though.
Also if the multi c.d does prove to be faulty where is the best place to get it refurbed?
