  1. I have looked over the LOC rules so hopefully they will not be breached.
  2. Hi...Apologies for the late reply. ..been getting the tracking done and told the bolts are seized so I now need track rods and ends....so I quick trip to get tracking done has become an expensive one....only decided to get tracking done due to inner wear on both front tyres.....anyway back to the exhaust. ....the slight leak is from the flange not from inside the silencer box...as you knock it the flange rattles.
  3. Hi Just joined after purchasing a Lexus GS430. Went up from a Honda 3.0 V6 to a V8. The lexus is a sleeping beast.... Anyway just getting a feel for the forum so apologies if I ask stupid questions but hopefully after reading the FAQ's I won't. My exhaust is making rattles as I go over bumps from the rear drivers side. Took it to a kwikfit type garage and they showed me the rusty flanges coming from the right rear silencer box and tapped on it to replicate the rattle ive been hearing. (sounds like 2 metal clips rattling) . However the car sounds really quite and no loss of performance and no noise on hard acceleration. So my question is do I repair the rusty flange with those repair kits on fleebay or get a cat back stainless system to future proof the exhaust? or just ignore the rattles till I get more severe symptoms. I would really appreciate other members opinions. I live in the West Midlands and have read the posts recommending John Ashley exhausts in Walsall and Torque Flow exhausts in Bham. Thanks in advance.
