Any chance theres a adaptor or something from top cd to bottom cd ???

Hi If any of the owners of a lexus is200 that have put or know how to instal interior led strips would like to share their knowledge with me i would be grateful 😁 As i want to put some led strips in front (both d&p) but i dont know what is the best and safest way to do it. thx!
