Hi i am new to this. I have a 07 lexus is220d with no heat in the car. The cars water pump was cracked and leaking so I have replaced the water pump and the belt together, still no heat in the car so then tonight my mechanic replaced the thermostat and the coolant is flowing around ok the head gasket is intact and does not need replacing anyone ever had any problems similar and can help me?? my mechanic also said that the cars AC unit has been disconnected from the engine and there was no point in connecting it atm as it needs a gas refill. I only bought the car a couple of months ago can.anyone offer any suggestions??
