Hello,
I just bought my first RX400H L and to be honest I love it. Everything is amazing - comfort, space etc.
So far everything is amazing except 1 thing - Rear DVD player. At first I thought it's a fuse as the player couldn't start at all. After a bit of help from a friend we managed to switch it on but still no picture. The monitors are working but in my opinion the player just can't read discs. I tried cleaning it but still nothing changed. I decided to go to Lexus dealership to ask about repairing my player or maybe even buying a new one. I was told that the option would be to buy a new one ( without even looking at the old one) and that it will cost me 460£.
Can someone please tell me what type of player I need and from where can I buy it as I dont want to pay £460.
