Hi Folks, been looking at the forum for over a year, time to join. You all seem to be very polite, which makes a welcome change from some forums. I have read the "Rules", however not sure that l can join as l do not own a lexus, only drive my Wife about. "The Lady of the house", has become unable to drive because of her poor eyesight, so l got to drive "The Royal Barge".
However, the reason l was looking at the forum was because the power steering pump began to complain, it did not seem to be losing any oil, we just drove on waiting for the day when it would eventually pack up. Well guess what, Yes the alternator packed up a few weeks ago, (see, l have been paying attention). I could repair it myself, you folks have given me the confidence to tackle it, but l have been overruled by Lady P. who is hankering after a RS 350, so l guess l will be joining that forum for advice, (If l had my way it would be a LS 600 !).
