  1. is there english/translated version of the owner manual available? cos is in japanese! or is a hand book the same? i read a earlier message with handbook available for this car. i gather uk spec is200/300 would be different cos the engine certainly is.

i used a owner manual few occasion & found it useful on my current car so i guess a owner manual would be v. useful for the altezza when is mine in few month time (not long 2 go now!)

    is a toyota altezza RS200 btw (4 cyl 2.0)

    thanx

    Hi Mark

Have a look at www.importhandbooks.co.uk. They were very helpful.

  2. Hi Ken

Welcome to the club! I get my Altezza serviced at the local independent garage. However Lexus Leicester have offered to service mine in the past.

The odometer was already converted but I am sure a lot of the importers provide this service.

    Enjoy the car!

What the H*ll is going on?

As an Indian who came to this country as a refugee from Uganda 30 years ago, I must say I have never heard of this scam.

Me and my family have worked hard over the years and grateful to the British for providing us refuge.

Apart from a few months in the 70's I have not relied on the State to provide for me. In fact we have always paid our dues without complaint. Last year alone 2 members of my family paid over 100k in taxes.

Sometimes it is very easy to dwell on the negative impact of immigration.

Now, I'm not sure how many other gamers there are out there, but I love my car games and have most of them for the PS2. I hit 90 odd percent on GT3 and was waitig for Concept to be released.

It has proved to be very similar to GT3 however, I have found the cars and play a lot smoother and realistic. Although gameplay is limited, for half the price of a full game I think its worth it.

Any one else care to comment? :tumble:

    Hi Zee

Got my copy yesterday as well. Have you tried the SC430 yet? Like the idea of the pace car as well as the zoom button on replay.

And I couldn't borrow a CD either.... anyone up for lending me theirs, don't mind driving somewhere just to find out if it will work.... (in the UK please)

    Cheers,
