RX450 - Vibrating read seats

I had this and it took over a year to find. The side rear seats have a pocket at the top on the door side. Inside it is a black plastic handle attached to a cord. Think your meant to pull it to adjust something comfort related. On my car this had fallen out of pocket and was causing the vibration.

Head light deflectors for driving in Europe

A friend who has just brought a new RX450h has been told by his Lexus dealer that he does not need to fit headlight beam deflectors when driving in France. Apparently the Adaptive headlights (AFS) adjust to the country your in. Is this true and if so is this only for the 2016+ new RX or does my 2013 model do the same?
